Yes! All of our sweatshirts, t-shirts, tote-bags and other accessories are hand-made; as we make the majority of our items to order which helps reduce waste and aids sustainability.

In our Happydashery gift section, we stock items from small, indie brands - some of these items are also handmade (not by us of course).

We try to get all our orders out of the door, and on their merry way within 5 working days however, due to the handmade nature of some of our items this can take a little longer during busier periods. We aim to keep you as updated as possible when our processing times are longer.

We have two UK delivery options at checkout; standard and express. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-3 working days, and express typically arrives the next-day. If you select express delivery at checkout, please note this does not mean your item will be made the next day.

We currently ship internationally via our Etsy Store only. If you'd like to purchase an item on our website which isn't listed on Etsy, then please drop us a message and we can create a custom listing for you.

Yes, we accept returns on all items except those that are personalised. A personalised item is an item which contains a personalised element bespoke to you; such as a name, initials, etc.
